All items are made to order to reduce waste and keep things eco-friendly.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping (domestic): 5–10 business days

  • Shipping (international): 10–20 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

🔁 3. What’s your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered!

  • Non-custom items: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Custom/personalized items: Since these are made especially for you, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or printing error (we’ll fix it, no worries 🌿).
